Locked in a safe September 18, 2018 / California, USA My friend got locked in a safe. We tried scaring him by pressing random numbers but after several failed attempts, the system locked itself. This happened on Tuesday night at Academy. I soon called a worker and then came a manager. They couldn’t seem to get it open so they dialed 911. While they were waiting for fire and EMS to respond, they went looking for the manual. A police officer arrived and started questioning us about what had happened. They read the manual and it stated we had to wait 5 minutes before it restarted. Time went by and the fire crew arrived. We waited and then we managed to unlock it. The police officer took my friend's information and wrote a report. Fire and EMS checked him out and after he was cleared, we left.
AR-15 shootout in a Store Police released surveillance of shooting that occurred at a Bridgeport, Connecticut deli on February 27, 2018. After visiting my friend for about an hour, I was about to leave. An announcement came over the PA asking for the drivers of two cars, one with my registration number, to come to the reception area immediately. When I arrived at reception I saw police cars, fire trucks, and ambulances everywhere. Luckily nobody was killed. The ninety-six year old driver was taken to hospital with leg and spinal injuries. I'm guessing he mixed up the accelerator and brake. The car landed on top of mine and the one next to mine. Both were destroyed and taken away on tow trucks. Luckily my front and rear dashcams recorded the whole thing."

MOTORCYCLIST CHASES HIT-AND-RUN DRIVER I was coming home from a long day at work and the gym. As I was approaching the 215 fwy I noticed a black car driving very erratic. I started to move over into the right lane and that's when he went into the WRONG lane and ALMOST hit head-on with another vehicle, side-swiping it instead and continued down 100 yards to hit 2 other vehicles. The black Mercedes sedan came to a stop while a Fire Marshall in the area called in for help. A few seconds went by and the driver of the Mercedes backed up his wrecked car and then fled the scene onto the 215 fwy going south I made the split-decision to pursue the hit-and-run driver due to the fact that he appeared to be under the influence and might hurt or kill someone. Driver had tried to stop at different locations to hide. I chased the driver all the way to the city of Moreno Valley until he gave up near the Cottonwood and Frederick intersection. CHP was the first on the scene along with a few Moreno Valley Police Officers. Officers had detained the driver until a Colton Police Officer came and arrested the suspect.

General Dynamics Ordnance Tactical Systems – GAU-19-B .50 Cal Gatling Gun Another great weapon for the US military and us army. Could prove useful in combating terrorists in Iraq and Syria. The GECAL 50, officially designated by the United States military as the GAU-19/A, is an electrically driven Gatling gun that fires the .50 BMG (12.7×99mm) cartridge. Technical specifications[edit] The GAU-19/A is designed for a linkless feed, but can be fed from a standard M9 linked belt if a delinker feeder is used. The rate of fire is selectable to be either 1,000 or 2,000 rounds per minute. The Humvee armament kit version fires at 1,300 rounds per minute. The average recoil force when firing is 500 pounds-force (2.2 kN). In January 2012, General Dynamics announced they would be delivering a new version designated the GAU-19/B. It provides the same firepower in a lighter platform, weighing 106 lbs.[1] History[edit] The GECAL 50 was first manufactured by General Electric, then by Lockheed Martin, and now by General Dynamics. Design work began in 1982. Early prototypes had six barrels, but a three-barreled configuration is now standard. The GAU-19/A was originally designed as a larger, more potent version of the M134 Minigun. Due to the loss of nine helicopters in Grenada GE started building prototypes of the weapon in both a three-barreled and a six-barreled configuration. The six-barreled version was designed to fire 4,000 rpm, and could be adapted to fire up to 8,000 rpm. The GAU-19 takes 0.4 seconds to reach maximum firing rate.[2] Soon it was recommended as a potential armament for the V-22 Osprey.[3] The magazine would be located underneath the cabin floor and could be reloaded in-flight. However, plans to mount the gun were later dropped.[4] In 2005, the GAU-19/A was approved to be mounted on the OH-58D Kiowa helicopter. It also could have been used on the Army's now cancelled ARH-70.[5] In January 2012, the U.S. Army ordered 24 GAU-19/B versions for use on helicopters. All were delivered by the next month.[1] In 1999, the United States sent 28 GAU-19s to Colombia.[6] Oman is known to use the GAU-19/A mounted on their HMMWVs. United States Gatling Gun History The Gatling gun is one of the best-known early rapid-fire weapons and a forerunner of the modern machine gun. Invented by Richard Gatling, it is known for its use by the Union forces during the American Civil War in the 1860s, which was the first time it was employed in combat. Later it was used in the Boshin War, the Anglo-Zulu War and still later in the assault on San Juan Hill during the Spanish-American War.[1] The Gatling gun's operation centered on a cyclic multi-barrel design which facilitated cooling and synchronized the firing/reloading sequence. Each barrel fired a single shot when it reached a certain point in the cycle, after which it ejected the spent cartridge, loaded a new round, and in the process, allowed the barrel to cool somewhat. Although the maximum rate of fire was increased by firing multiple projectiles simultaneously, these weapons still needed to be reloaded after each discharge, which for multi-barrel systems like the mitrailleuse was cumbersome and time-consuming. This negated much of the advantage of their high rate of fire per discharge, making them much less powerful on the battlefield. In comparison, the Gatling gun offered a rapid and continuous rate of fire without having to manually reload by opening the breech.

A - No, this is every bit as real and messed up as it seems #2 - What did you do when you saw the footage? A - I immediately left my apartment and called the police. #3 - Who is that girl? A - I have no idea, she didn't say much when the cops came and took her. #4 - What was it she actually climbed down from? A - It is a storage loft/area in the apartment. It has no connection to any outside ventilation or anything of that such. It does go pretty deep back in there, almost all the way to over the stove/kitchen area. She had set up a little nook for herself. #5 - How did she get in there? A - I have no idea, the only way she could have gotten in is through the window, as I am on the top floor and there is a fire escape. The police think she was probably coming in to rob me when I was gone and decided to stow away in the crawl space. Supposedly this isn't the first time the cops had come across something like this. #6 - How long was she in your apartment? A - The police officers thought it looked as though she had been there for at least a couple weeks, although could have been longer.
