The refugee crisis on three Greek islands near Turkey is “total chaos”, the UN refugee agency UNHCR says. Accommodation, water and sanitation are all inadequate for the many asylum seekers on Kos, Chios and Lesbos, the UNHCR says, calling it “shameful”.
