A group of refugees blocked the E75 highway connecting Greece and Macedonia near Idomeni on Monday, demanding that they be allowed to continue their journey towards western Europe.

Footage from the scene shows frustrated drivers and passengers confronting the refugees with the Greek riot police rushing to intervene and remove the blockade from the highway. One automobile is seen trying to go around the blockade by driving on the roadside before being stopped by the refugees.
