A 57-year-old American cruelly abandoned his dog along a highway in Dallas. What he did not know was that he was being filmed by the police at the same time.

Unfortunately for the individual and fortunately for the animal, this area was known to the police as a place of frequent animal abandonment. The police watched the entire scene and arrested the man for cruelty to the animal, which is reprehensible in the United States.
