In Oakton, Virginia, an incident occurred in which the driver of a Dodge Charger was performing dangerous maneuvers known as “donuts” in the middle of a busy intersection. During these maneuvers, a collision occurred with another vehicle. According to available information, the driver of the SUV had a green light at the time of the accident.
