The ceasefire in eastern Ukraine is looking increasingly fragile – just a day after it was meant to start. The Ukrainian military command said pro-Russian rebels had attacked 112 times since early yesterday and the rebels, who hold Donetsk airport, accused Ukrainian forces of shelling it.
