Back-story: I was entering the exit lane on the highway, when I saw someone on my right back trying to pass me from the exit lane (right side, which is illegal). There wasn’t much room left, so I ignored it and “cut him off” as explained in this video. He reacted very annoyed immediately and that’s when he began following me as shown.

I’m pressing charges soon, as I wasn’t able to do it that evening because of the small shock and adrenaline rush.
