This is the heart-warming moment a deaf three-month-old baby hears her mum’s voice for the very first time.

With wide-eyed amazement and an ear-to-ear grin, adorable Annabelle Lawrence confirmed she recognised noises for the first time.

Born profoundly deaf, Annabelle received two hearing aids on Wednesday July 20 and when they were turned on she couldn’t hide her excitement.

As mum Sarah Jo asks her if she can hear, the three-month-old breaks out in a massive toothy smile.
