On Tuesday, October 4, 2016 in Ang Mo Kio, a city of Singapore, the SPCA animal rescue organization received a call for a kitten that was stuck on a ledge on the 12th floor of a building.

The rescuer Yao Huang entered the apartment on the 12th floor, and using a lasso tried to grab the kitten standing outside a window. After several failed attempts, He managed to grab the small animal and return it safely to its owner.
