Researchers from the University of veterinary medicine in Vienna and the University of Oxford, indicate that parrots Goffin can make and use simple tools in appropriate shape and length of amorphous materials, suggesting they can predict how you'll use them.
In this video from the relevant experiment, a parrot makes with the beak of a long stick from a wood, a twig and cardboard, to retrieve the food in a pot.
