Morning Tuesday 22 November 2016, the Bernie Welch recorded with the cell of a circular Rainbow in the sky, from the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth, England.

This natural phenomenon which is invisible from the ground except in extremely rare cases, appeared over the port of Portsmouth for a quarter, before it disappears.
