The scene took place on May 1, 2017 in the province of Estonia Jõgeva. The police tried to stop a motorist who was driving drunk in an Opel, but without success.

Then the police used a spike strip. In the video, a police officer appeared to unfold the strip just before the vehicle pass, puncturing the tires and made the driver stop.
