The Japanese entomologist Hirofumi Kawano filmed the spectacular transformation of a Hercules beetle Dynastes, the largest in the world along beetle.
The opening of the blades of this insect can reach 22 cm. The arsenic size ranges from 6 to 17,50/100 but rarely exceeds 15 cm. The male has two horns. One is the expansion of the chest, and the other is smaller and modular, and this constitutes a 'clamp'. After the end of many years, the larvae transform into pupa from which emerges an adult beetle.
