An unusual cloud in the shape of a tube appeared in the sky over the city Jetsu in Japan. As shown in the video, cloud slowly began to dissolve before it disappears completely in the sky.

Such formations are created as a result of storms, and can be developed into a tornado if they reach the earth's surface.
