Deer Races Through Mississippi School
(0) | 01/12/2017 | A deer darted through the halls of a school in rural Mississippi Wednesday, startling pupils arriving for the day. Surveillance cameras caught the deer racing and tripping before sliding out the door of Enterprise Middle School. (Nov. 30)
Protesters pull down a statue of Edward Colston and throw it into the river of Bristol Edward Colston was a slave trader. For many years he was considered one of the most important personalities in the city, statues were erected and monuments were named in his honor. In Bristol there is Colston Tower, Colston Hall, Colston Avenue, Colston Street, Colston's Girls' School, Colston's School and Colston's Primary School. Her mother, alerted by her daughter's cries, came out of the house and grabbed the raccoon by the skin of its back. Once her daughter was safely inside, she threw the animal onto the lawn. The little girl was bitten by the raccoon. She was tested for the presence of rabies antibodies.
