On November 28, 2017 in the city Puebla Mexico, a telephone cable dismantled from a tanker truck before wrapped around the neck of a girl walking on the road. The cable forcibly pulled the unfortunate girl fell to the ground, but not seriously injured.

   How could that happen? ? That's really fateful. Looked like a paranormal attack at first.
