On December 26, 2017, a security camera recorded members of the Mexican riot unit to steal electronics from a shop during an operation in the shopping center Plaze Meave in Mexico City.

More than a dozen police officers robbed smartphones and other electronic devices not hesitating to break shop windows. The irony is that the police unit summoned to the mall to persecute a group of thieves. The incident under investigation.
