The Zekeriye Bayram from Turkey shows us the technique to cut a pomegranate clean and easily with a knife. Initially, make a hexagonal cross-section following the shape of the pomegranate to obtain a lid on top of the wrist. Then remove the lid and make incisions in the visible partitions of pomegranate.
