A man making pancakes with an ingenious method, using the bottom of a pan. Dips the bottom of the dough and then upside down position the pan in the oven. Within a few seconds, the pancake is ready.

   Smart if you got a pan just for this job. If not then you eat and some of the bichla blown from the bottom of the pan, απ’ αυτή που δε φεύγει ούτε με το σύρμα.
