On Tuesday, February 13, 2018 during the flight of United Airlines San Francisco-Hawaii, The 363 passengers were terrified seeing a part of the engine on the right wing detachable.

The scene took place 40 minutes before landing. A passenger says he 'heard a great noise and the plane began to tremble'. Through windows, Passengers could see that the front part of the engine was missing.
