On Monday, March 12, 2018 in Miami, a driver drugged hitting three cars and tries to leave the scene with almost damaged vehicle. Other drivers follow him and try to stop breaking the windows of his vehicle with a sledgehammer. The man was arrested and later found that he was under the influence of drugs. Also it had committed 29 traffic violations in the last 10 years.
