The Remus Smokey and dogs are friends for years, and that day his boss Remus visited that of Smokey in Mesa, Arizona. The Smokey rarely swims in the pool, and when it does it is always close to the stairs and under the supervision of bosses. This time, the Smokey fell in the pool while the owners were at home. He could not get up the stairs or climb on the edge of the pool, and threatened to drown. Seeing his friend in danger, Remus jumped into the water to help him get out of the pool.
