Yesterday afternoon, a security camera recorded the assault of a driver in parking, in Port Richmond neighborhood in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. For some unknown reason, a man came out of a van with a large sledgehammer to hit a Kia car window and bodywork. While the driver of the Kia was leaving, the passenger fell from the car and had to wait for the exit of the parking area. The offender took the opportunity to hit the man and break the rear window of the vehicle.
