A man in a car stopped in Rome two tourists saying it has lost. Pretending that works for the fashion company Armani, and offering two 'gifts' to the couple, asks for money for gasoline.
This scam is quite often in Italy and other countries. The gifts are essentially cheap imitations that do not cost more than 5 €, while the fraudster intended that the tourist will believe the story and will feel obliged to help with some money for petrol. Characteristic reaction crook at the end, when the man says he has no cash.
