A driver observes a man in the next car to fall apart on the steering wheel, while waiting at an intersection. Wanting to see if it is well, beating the window and wakes him. Probably under the influence of large amounts of alcohol, man wakes up momentarily but loses control of the vehicle and ends up on a lamppost.
