The foreign object removal procedure in this video, which were hearing aid wax filters that kept falling off the hearing aid into the ear canal, utilities the iCLEARscope®, Zoellner suction probe and Crocodile forceps. The client was referred to ENT on the NHS but the waiting time for a minimum 3 months. For obvious reasons the client wanted to have the hearing aid wax filters removed as soon as possible and was referred to myself from another Audiologist.
