In video recorded during a dive of the “Windows to the Deep 2018” mission on June 30, 2018, we see a benthic fish (Atlantic Midshipman, Porichthys plectrodon) be lurking in a hole, and suddenly grabs a barracuda that ran from point. A snail was innocent (and unfortunate) attending throughout this scene.
