In this video, the letters that read “Molecular Foundry” were etched with an electron beam. Smaller lines 20 nanometers, or about 100 atoms. As the video is enlarged, we see the Berkeley Lab logo, which was written by beam of charged atoms of gallium. At higher magnification we see a timelapse the mark of Abraham Lincoln's face, again written with gallium atoms. End, all these are engraved in the center of a coin of 1 cent. This new lithography method developed at the Berkeley lab in the United States.
