The mochi is a Small cake made from rice and herbs (yomogi). The rice is boiled initially, and after hitting with wooden large hammers (kine) in a traditional Bowl (believe) together with the herbs until they turned into paste. The video shows the ending of kneading, where one must very quickly it rains and turns the dough and the other to the hits with the hammer.
