   Yeah, sure a dog that’s just been in an accident falls into the river! He trusts the first human he meets(already in a shock)! After he gets off thet boat, he doesn’t run away! Luckily your sister lives a few yards away ! ..etc, etc… Ok, we got it! We ‘ll chip our dogs and then our kids and then ourselves ! Satisfied ?
