On December 25, 2003, the ESA's Mars Express (European Space Agency) entered orbit around the Red Planet. The spacecraft began to back the first images from orbit using the stereoscopic high-resolution camera just two weeks later, during the fifteen years of history has captured thousands of images covering the planet.
