A Russian Su-27 is hunting an American F-15 from NATO who was trying to approach a government plane.
This video appeared on Thursday, January 31, 2019 on twitter, but the incident dates from June 2017.

After multiple warning, the American plane had not left. The force was deployed to force the bird to move away.
