On about March 16, 2019 at 5 am. Compostela Valley Philippines, The locals found a dying whale Cuvier. The weakened and dehydrated animal spitting blood and died a few hours later. At autopsy nearly 40kg plastic wastes, mainly bags, were found in her abdomen – which prevented her from eating properly.
