Paralysis

Sleep paralysis is a strange phenomenon in which the victim when he wakes up he can't move or speak, and in many cases they feel a presence nearby. Many of those who have experienced this phenomenon also say that a terrifying figure standing over their chest and tries to drown. This is a short film of Aaron Sims based on this experience (www.aaron-sims.com).

Basically, in my places we call it 'shadow', i.e. we say, 'my shadow fooled me.' mora' I found it mainly on the internet and on TV! I've had it countless times and I've ended up now when it happens I don't give it any importance and try to go back to sleep because there's no point in panicking anyway it'll last for a few seconds and after a while...I'll wake up...I think it has to do with the brain which is in a state of wakefulness while the rest of the body is still in a state of sleep(Hence the so-called paralysi).

Just! It is the phenomenon that here in Greece they call 'Mora'. And I know because I have been looking a little topic, from all those who have suffered, the experience and symptoms vary, although admittedly there are many similarities... Also they say you usually get it when you sleep on your back. However the video is pretty good. Exaggerating a bit with the monster but through it he wants to pass the terror they feel at that time that the person suffers. It's a big shock, it's the truth to feel that your body is frozen and you can't move or make a sound... On the other hand, I believe that this necrosis of the whole body is due to a brain function that happens when someone relaxes and falls asleep....

This depends. Many who have suffered and viewed videos have told me that are just so. The experience is different for everyone.
