This Animation of the European Space Agency (THAT) shows the number of space junk orbiting Earth. The objects are divided into four main categories:
Red: satellites (functional or dysfunctional)
Yellow: rocket parts
Green: Items related missions (caps, caps, adapters etc.)
Blue: fragments
