It all began when police in South Carolina received a call for an alcoholic man who was suspected of a theft at store. A policeman went to the house of the suspect and attempted to arrest him. In the video we see how the police can not control the situation and obviously drunk man, plus an intensive moment accidentally shoots his mother.
