In South Korea, the Jang Ji-Sung met his little daughter, Nyeon, who died in 2016 from an incurable disease at the age of 7 years, using a virtual device. As part of a Korean documentary titled “I Met You” entirely dedicated to the power of virtual reality, technicians recreated small Nayeon ensuring that the voice of, facial movements and body look as much as possible really. also reproduced a tranquil outdoor environment where the girl played and celebrated her birthday with her mother.
