The Italian company Curti Aerospace developed Zefhir, the first helicopter equipped with a parachute. Made of carbon fiber, the helicopter has a parachute mounted above the rotor head, which can be opened in case of failure.

   I've never ridden a helicopter and I don't know the rescue of a helicopter, but it seems impossible to escape the pilot from the helicopter. I think there are many other reasons, but in terms of space

   Hello.
   The same rescue parachute system for helicopters was registered in 2004 in the Polish patent office. It seems like it,that Curti Aerospace ( helicopter Zefhir) she has stolen my intellectual property rights and has yet received subsidies from the European Commission
