On Monday, April 13, 2020 in Cape Town, South Africa, three penguins took advantage of traffic restrictions to walk the streets of the capital that were deserted by people. The penguins moved away from Boulders Beach, known for the colony of African penguins (Spheniscus demersus), and took a short tour of the city.

   Legislators, and from the sidewalk. In the meantime, the guy on the stairs is completely indifferent..Obviously it's quite a common sight.
