The scene took place in Central Park, New York, in an area called The Ramble. At this point the birds are numerous and the dogs must be tied up so as not to disturb them. A woman was walking her dog, and a man watching her birds asked her to hold her dog with a leash.. The woman refused to obey and called the police for help, claiming that a black man attacked her. The video quickly spread on social media and the woman was fired.

   This is a totally sick person, this woman. Belongs urgently in the closed department. Has a severe psychosis.
