During a festival in Nanliao, Taiwan on August 30, a 3 year old girl got up about 30 meters in the air from a huge kite. The little girl became entangled in the strings of the kite and spun for several seconds in the air, as the kite operators desperately tried to pull it down. The little one managed to escape with only a few minor injuries.
