On Wednesday, November 18, 2020 in Kampala, the capital of Uganda, protests erupted after a new arrest of Bobi Wine, toy 38-year-old MP and main opponent of President Yoweri Museveni for the presidential elections (January 14, 2021). A woman videotaped the soldiers walking down the street through a window, when one of them stopped and fired in her direction. Fortunately not injured, but the bullet did not pass far from her head.

   The guy shot with a pistol and really in a pretty clever way, having the main weapon pointing parallel to the ground at all times,so as not to arouse suspicion and make her hide. After all, he knew he could not distinguish the barrel of the pistol. So the shooting was definitely purely murderous and not intimidating.. Scary but obviously the 2nd weapon is for the dirty work and the death of innocent people.
