   Pls have more Escalator operators and guides (lady guides too)showing the people how to go up and down the escalator safely . A good video showing how to go up and down the escalator can be done in public interest. It can get dangerous for others if one person panics. Pls ensure your escalators are always checked and maintained. Hope to see a nice video of people enjoying the first mall
