When the coup leaders said they would arrest anyone who pretended their car was damaged (to block army and police forces), citizens drove their cars on the road at very low speeds. The people of Myanmar have reacted strongly since the beginning of the coup, and now they have collectively decided not to go to work in order to freeze the country's economy.
