Two men in Russia set up a prank, where one pretends to be the policeman and the other the victim. Approaching people who were not wearing masks inside a mall, the policeman starts beating the victim because he is not wearing a mask.

   I would consider it a better prank if the policeman starts hitting the victim because he is wearing a mask ,among people who wear.
