A scooter thief probably had a nasty surprise when he tried to steal a woman's cell phone. The thief thought the woman was holding her cell phone in her hands, but she was holding the used tissue with which she blew her nose.

   Maybe it could happen. However, the video seems to be set up. The Chinese do that.
