On Wednesday, April 14, 2021, the head of the Danish National Health Service, Søren Brostrøm, and the head of the Danish Medicines Agency, Tanja Lund Erichsen, gave a press conference to explain the reasons for ending the use of the AstraZeneca vaccine in Denmark.
