On a street of the city of Volgograd in Russia, a faulty cap in a sewer manhole constantly causes problems for drivers. Video from a traffic camera follows its timeline over many days, in which passers-by, drivers and workers try to 'fix' it. Eventually the lid is constantly left unrepaired, with some signs and cones on it so that drivers do not pass through there.
