On Saturday 12 June 2021 during the Rally race in Sliven, Bulgaria, The Skoda Fabia R5 of the Turkish driver Ugur Soylu and the co-driver Aras Dincer had an impressive accident at high speed. The driver lost control of his car when he went over a bump on the road in a straight line. The Skoda overturned several times and was thrown into the air before falling on the grass. The driver suffered cerebral edema and fractures, while the co-driver escaped from the vehicle without injury.
