A strange tactic that has become a scourge in England, are various gangs that collect garbage from paid properties, and unloading them illegally on another property. What the gangs are doing is searching around towns looking for houses with old things or big rubbish in their front garden that they can't pick up trash cans.. Then, they knock on the owner's door and say they can pick them up for a few pounds. Then they transport them by truck and unload them secretly to another property and the cycle is repeated. Some farmers caught one such gang red-handed dumping garbage in their fields, and treated them properly.
